Setting up the Scott/Tiger Tables

This optional step sets up the Scott tables for nostalgia's sake. They're not necessary at all but sometimes using examples involving these tables makes the discussion of SQL queries amongst other ORACLE folk a little easier.

Log in as your development account or create an account for user 'Scott' and run the following script: $ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/demo/demobld.sql
